You'lll need about 12 photos per minute. For a 10 to 15 minute presentation you'll need aproximately 120 to 180 photos. Don't let this number scare you, you'll be surprised at how easy it is to gather photos once you get started. Also photos can be used for longer durations or repeated if necessary.
1. Start by sorting photos into groups - This can be by year, event, groups, whatever suits your own unique story. This will also help you choose the photos that best convey the feeling of your presentation.
2. Choose a specific order later or leave it up to us. - If you have a specific order in mind attach a "post-it" note to the back of each photo indicating it's number. In the case of digital images indicate position as part of the file name.
3. Place each group in it's own envelope, or digital folder - If you have several photos of a similar nature and can't decide, place those photos together in their own envelope/digital folder and we can help choose the best image for your presentation.
NEVER WRITE DIRECTLY ON PHOTOS OR ON ENVELOPES WHILE PHOTOS ARE INSIDE
