Captions and Narration

The best presentations have few if any captions, however they can be an effective tool to enhance circumstances surrounding a specific image or conveying a time date or place.   When used properly captions can make your presentation even more  captivating.

Things to remember when using captions:

• Consider Your Audience/Guests –  Images and captions should be appropriate and relevant for all guests.
• Don’t State the Obvious -  It's true!! A picture is really worth a 1,000 words.
• Be Brief & Use Sparingly – Short captions  prevent boredom.

When used sparingly, a special image paired with a great caption is a great way to create a truly moving experience.  We will work with you to make sure your presentation is the best it can possibly be.  

NARRATION - Is generally used only for business presentations.  Speak to us about hiring narration services.  Customer may also include their own narration in MP3 or MP4 format.
